The Investigator Alliance (i.e. the "Alliance") believes that your experience in the network will be both financially rewarding as well as efficient and user-friendly. However, as relationships between firms outsourcing business and investigators receiving new cases emerge and grow, we do insist that you continue these relationships through the Alliance itself as you agreed to in the Terms of Service when you signed up. We remain confident that you will find the value proposition offered by the secure platform to be useful, especially as new outsourcing firms and investigator options continue to grow. However, we must advise users that once these relationships are initiated, should you decide to circumvent the Alliance in any way to conduct business with a counter-party and we become aware of it, it will be at the Alliance's discretion to preclude that firm or firms from either outsourcing or taking on any new business going forward. Admittedly controls have been put in place to monitor such activity. Our priority and goal, with your help, however continues to be catalyst for a more efficient and secure outsourcing process within the industry.
